4. Client Responsibilities

As a Client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information and documents required for the Services
• Respond promptly to our requests for information, clarification, or additional documents
• Ensure all documents submitted are authentic and legally valid
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in connection with your use of the Services
• Pay all applicable Professional Fees and Government Fees as agreed before engagement
• Not use our Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading purpose

You acknowledge that any delays, rejections, penalties, or additional costs arising from incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information provided by you shall be your sole responsibility.

5. Fees & Payments

• Fee Structure: Total fees consist of Professional Fees (our charges) and Government Fees (statutory charges payable to authorities)
• Payment Terms: Professional Fees are typically payable upfront, unless otherwise agreed in writing
• Government Fees: Government Fees are non-refundable once paid to the respective authority
• Additional Costs: Any additional cost arising from revised requirements, extra filings, or changes in scope will be communicated and charged separately
• Payment Methods: We accept payments via bank transfer, UPI, credit/debit card, and other approved channels
• Taxes: All fees are exclusive of GST unless expressly stated otherwise

6. Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy. In general:

• Professional Fees are refundable (partially or fully) if the Service has not commenced at the time of cancellation
• Once work has commenced — including drafting, preparation, or filing — Professional Fees may not be refundable
• Government Fees, once paid to any authority, are non-refundable in all cases
• Any dispute regarding refunds must be raised in writing within 30 days of the payment

7. Turnaround Times

Timelines communicated on our website or by our team are indicative estimates only. Actual timelines depend on:

• The completeness and accuracy of information and documents provided by you
• Government processing times, which are outside our control
• Additional requirements or objections raised by authorities
• Public holidays, weekends, and other operational factors

We strive to complete Services within the communicated timeframes, but we do not guarantee any specific completion date.

8. Intellectual Property
